Pre-sales Services

1. For any question from customers, we will give professional answer and product recommendation.
2. If needed, we can deliver bag samples and product catalogue to customers for free.
3. We are in favor of and suggest that customer can visit our factory. For those customers who are unable to visit our factory, we will send videos to them for further understanding about our company and products.

One-Year Warranty

Our plastics machinery such as film blowing machine, plastic pelletizing machine, plastic bag making machine, printing machine etc. have one-year warranty.
1. Under warranty, if accessories fail to work because of their own problems, we guarantee free replacement or maintenance.
2. If parts failure is caused by customer’s incorrect operation, replacement and maintenance need to be paid.

Product Installation and Debugging

1. If the customers need the installation or debugging, we will send our engineers to their place. they should pay the fees for visa, board and lodging, flight and 85USD/day salary.
2. Debugging work should be finished within a week.

Sales Plan

After-sales service, it is the most important. we will send corresponding technicians to buyers' companies to supply them with installation, debugging and training services, thus helping operators better run the machines.
If wanting to be our agent, the customer is required to help us develop market in his own country and annual sales revenue should not be less than 100,000 US dollars. Certainly, we will provide our agents with relevant preferential policies. When participating in some exhibitions, the agents will be supported by our technicians for field installation and debugging if necessary.
